Condition of original material: The title on the cover page is incorrect. Typewritten. Printed with a printed letterhead. The sheets have yellowed and are covered with a large number of yellow stains. The text is faint. All sheets are glued on the left side with white paper, and some sheets are glued in the middle, at the bottom, and at the top of the page. The condition of the documents is poor.
