The file contains an alphabetical list of branches and circles of the Union of Ukrainian Women (fol. 1-864, 866-956). It contains information on the name of the settlement of the “Union of Ukrainian Women” branch, the name of the settlement where the circle operated, the year of foundation and the number of members, as well as the postal address and the name of the railway station. The number of members was often accompanied by a note at the bottom indicating the year of the organization's founding (mostly 1937). The preliminary name of the women's organization is given, for example, “Rus' Women's Circle” founded in 1893 in Kolomyia (fol. 304). Several separate leaves contain holiday greetings and other texts (fol. 281a, 865, 957-959).
У справі міститься перелік за алфавітом філій та гуртків товариства «Союз українок» (арк. 1-864, 866-956). Подано інформацію про назву населенного пункту філії «Союз українок», назву населенного пункту де функціонує гурток, рік заснування та кількість членів, а також адреса пошти та назва залізничної станції. Біля кількості осіб-членів товариства часто внизу подавали уточнення на який саме рік була означена чисельність товариства (переважно це був 1937 р.). Подано попередню назви жіночої організації як напр. «Руський жіночий кружок» заснований 1893 р. в м. Коломия (арк. 304). Кілька окремих аркушів містять привітання зі святом та інші тексти (арк. 281а, 865, 957-959).

Condition of original material: The file has no date on the title page. The number of pages is incorrect (unnumbered page between 281 and 282; incorrectly numbered page after page 149). The case consists of a rectangular paper cardboard box with orange and white printed cards. The cards are printed with the same headings, which are filled in by hand. The text is written in black pen and gray pencil. Underlines are made in black and blue ink and gray pencil. The white sheets have orange stains, rust marks, and yellow spots; the orange sheets have some stains. The lower left corner (fol. 275, 411); lower right corner and bottom of the sheet (center) (fol. 459); bottom of the sheet (center) (fol. 786); top of the sheet (fol. 959) are glued with transparent paper. The upper left corner is torn (fol.149). The text is clear.
