Condition of original material: Manuscript. Inscriptions are in black and blue ink; red, blue, and gray pencil. Marks, strikethroughs, underlining, and inscriptions are made in red and blue pencil and black pen. The text is legible. Blue ink stain (fol. 7); smeared black ink (fol. 10 rev.).
