The notebook is an alphabetical record of active women's organizations in different localities (fol. 1-21). It contains information on the date of establishment of the branch, the date of its official registration, the date of its ban and the date of its resumption; changes in the names of women's societies; surnames of the persons who headed the society; number of members; areas of its activity; information on cooperation with the Prosvita society; donations to the press fund, etc. Contains statistics on the number of members of women's societies in the 1920s.
У блокноті алфавітному зафіксовано діючі жіночі організації у різних населенних пунктах (арк. 1-21). Міститься інформація про дату створення філії, дату його офіційної реєстрації, дату заборони його діяльності і знову дату відновлення діяльності; зміни назв жіночих товариств; прізвище осіб які очолювали товариство; кількість членів; напрямки його діяльності; інформація про співпрацю з товариством «Просвіта»; про пожертвовання на пресовий фонд та ін. Містить статистичні відомості щодо кількості членів жіночих товариств у 1920-х роках.

Size and dimensions of original material: Fol. 1-22: height 22.7 cm, width 13.5 cm.
Condition of original material: The file contains an incorrect title and date on the title page. The sheets are lined in pencil in columns and filled in by hand in black ink. The sheets are covered with a few yellow and ink stains. Fol. [1a], 21 leaves are glued with yellow paper; fol. 15 is glued to fol. Some leaves are torn in places where they are attached to the binding.
