Condition of original material: The file’s title page contains an incorrect heading and wrong dating. Typed text. The pages have yellowed and are covered with numerous yellow stains. All pages are reinforced on the left side with white paper; some pages are glued in the middle, at the bottom, and at the top of the page. Certain marks and letters are written in red pencil. In places, the text is faded.
