Condition of original material: Incorrect date on the cover page of the file. The documents in the file are not arranged chronologically. Typewritten and handwritten protocols have many corrections and crossings in black and blue ink and pencil (grey). Underlining is done in red pencil. The handwritten protocols are transcripts of the meetings of the Main Department, written in illegible handwriting in black ink and pencil (grey). The sheets are glued with transparent paper on the left side. Fol. 38: the bottom of the sheet is torn off and glued with transparent paper. Fol. 22: pencil drawing in the upper left corner.
