The sub-series includes minutes of the meetings of the Main Department of the Union of Ukrainian Women, General Meetings, meetings and congresses of sections of the society, regional conferences organised by the society and other materials (1917-1939). The minutes reflect the organisational activities of the society (admission of new members, election of members of the Main Department of the society, admission of new groups to the society; organisation of training courses, lists of course participants; instructions for branches; organisation and holding of meetings, conferences, sessions; lists of the society's leadership, lists of branches and their individual members; conflicts between members of the society and other societies, the press, expulsion of members from the society); cooperative, economic, cultural, educational, publishing, financial, political activities (letter to the Austrian emperor; the issue of the closure of the society by the Polish authorities and its reopening through the efforts of the members; the issue of elections to the Sejm of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth); international cooperation (with the International Women's Union, the International Cooperative Women's Guild).
