Pp. 7-9 p.: copy of handwritten minutes of June 23, 1937. 27-27, 28-28: copy of typed minutes of December 7, 1936. 29-41: text about economic activity, cooperative movement and participation of women in it, in particular peasant women; about rationalization of work of peasant women, bringing them to a new cultural and educational level. Size and dimensions of original material: Fol. 1-42: height 34 cm, width 21.5 cm.
Condition of original material: The title on the cover page of the file is incorrect. The sheets are not in chronological order. The manuscript is written in grey and blue pencil; some entries are made in black pen; underlines and marks are made in red pencil. The handwritten protocols and transcripts of the Main Department meetings are written in illegible handwriting, with many corrections and crossings out, sometimes some sheets are missing. Fol. 6: protocols of the meetings of the Main Department dated 23 June 1937, typewritten, without ending, only 1 p. Fol. 7-9: handwritten transcript of the full protocol of 23 June 1937. The manuscript has many crossings out and corrections in black ink and grey pencil; some notes, underlines, and marks are in red pencil. The text is pale and faded. The sheets are covered with yellow stains. All sheets are lined with transparent paper on the left side. Some of the sheets are glued with transparent paper on the right side, from above. Fol. 29: the upper right corner is covered with transparent paper.
