Abhidhamma the content tells the preaching of the seven books of the Abhidhamma of the Buddha. In the seventh year after the enlightenment, the Buddha performed yamaka-patihariya (the twin miracle) at Savatthi and went to Tavatimsa Heaven and preached the seven books of the Abhidhamm to his mother or late Queen Mahamaya who was reborn as Deva Santusit in Tusit heaven and other celestial beings from ten thousand universes for three months. Later the Buddha transmaitted the Abhidhamma to Sariputta There.
