The Dhammapada story of the youth Mahga. Mahga had four wives namely: Sunanda, Sicitta, Suthamma and Susada. The first three wives jointed Magha on the building of the rest houses. Sunantha created a pond. Suchitta made a garden, Suthamma created the gable apexes, but Susada did nothing. She thought that what was done by Magha was her own as well. After death, the first three wives were reborn as devas in the same place of Magha in Tavatimsa. However, Susada was reborn as a bittern in a mountain. After the existence of the bird, she was reborn as a daughter of the weaving man in Pharanasi. This is due to her good deed of observing a precept during she was the bittern that it ate only a dead fish, not live fish.
