The content tells about a previous life of the Bodhisattva when he was King Arindumma. Once upon a time, there was a king named Arindumma who was the king of Sujiravadi. The king had his queen named Suvanagabbha. When Queen Suvanagabbha gave birth to a son, the boy died. She was regreted and cried. King Arindumma, the Bodhisattva also became very conscious. Thereafter the Bodhisattva gave alms to the common people and poor people. Colophon: Folio 25 on the recto side: Sangkat 196 (corresponding with CS 1196), a kap sanga year, on the first day of the waxing moon of the ninth lunar month, the third day of the week (Tuesday), a kap chai day, the writing of this manuscript was accomplished at the time of tut sai (between 12.00–13.30 o’clock). Phra Rasakhu Chao Vat Saen (Abbot of Vat Saen Temple) had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled 50 Sat (50 Existences), to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years.
