On one occasion, Phanya Satthatissarat ruled Anuratha kingdom. At the time, a monk saw a ghost who was a relative of the kingl. As a result, he often stole other people's property and the belongings of monks. After the death, he was reborn as a ghost dressed in a hot iron cloth with suffering. The ghost told the monk that he was a relative of Phanya Satthatissarat. When the monk told the king, he performed the ritual and dedicated the portion to charity to the ghost. The ghost then was freed from the demonic state and reborn as a deva in heaven. Sao Pòng had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of these two manuscript-fascicles entitled Maha Vibak Luang (Great consequence) to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May our wishes and desires come true. May the results of this merit be the crystal plate and golden celling to cover the four miseries with eight places namely pacantajho, aruppajho, asannijho, vikalamgho, niriyo peto, tirassano and missaditthiko. May we be reborn in the ninth place where the Buddha is. Amen! May this gift of mine be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna constantly and certainly.
