The content mentions the consequences of the third precept that is kāmesumicchācāra means sexual misconduct with sexual desire, adultery that is not one’s life partner. When they were human beings, they were always preoccupied in the sexual desires and committed the adultery regularly. When the time comes to end, these people will see the vision that they have committed, that makes distracted and leads to unhappy existence or great hell.
