ປັນຍາປາລະມີຫຼວງ ເນື້ອໃນທັງໝົດເປັນບົດພາສາບາລີ. ປັນຍາປາລະມີ ຄື ການບໍາເພັນປັນຍາປາຣະມີຂອງພະໂພທິສັດກ່ອນທີ່ຈະໄດ້ຕັດສະຮູ້ເປັນພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າ. ປັນຍາປາລະມີເປັນ ໑ ໃນປາລະມີ ໑໐ ທັດ ແລະເປັນບາລະມີທີ່ສໍາຄັນຫຼາຍຂໍ້ໜຶ່ງ. ປັນຍາ ແປວ່າ “ຄວາມຮອບຮູ້, ຄວາມຫຍັ່ງຮູ້ເຫດຜົນ, ແລະຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈ ສະພາວະຂອງສິ່ງທັງຫຼາຍ ຕາມຄວາມເປັນຈິງ”. ພະໂພທິສັດເຈົ້າທັງຫຼາຍ ຈຶ່ງມຸ່ງສະແຫວງຫາຄວາມຮູ້ເຫຼົ່ານີ້ ເພື່ອມາກໍາຈັດກິເລດອາສະວະໃຫ້ສິ້ນໄປຈາກໃຈ. ຄໍາລົງທ້າຍ: ລານທີ່ ໑ ໜ້າ ໑: ຈຸນລະສັງກາດ ໑໑໙໑ ຕົວປີກັດເປົ້າ ເດືອນ ໑໒ ແຮມ ໗ ຄໍ່າ ມື້ເຕົ່າສະງ້າ ວັນ ໓ ຣິດຈະນາແລ້ວຍາມກອງແລງ ພະຍາຫລວງວຽງແກ ກັບທັງພະຣິຍາ ລູກເຕົ້າຊູ່ຄົນ ໄດ້ພ້ອມກັນສ້າງ ປັນຍາປາຣະມີຫລວງ ໄວ້ກັບສາສະໜາ ນິບພານະ ປັດຈະໂຍ.

Pannāpāramī luang, great wisdom of perfection with the whole text written in Pali. Pannāpāramī is the performance of wisdom of perfection of the Bodhisattva before attaining enlightenment and becoming a Buddha. Pannāpāramī is one of the ten perfections and is the most important perfection. Pannā means “wisdom, attainment, intuition, understanding the state of all things as they really are”. All the Bodhisattvas are seeking for these knowledge in order to get rid of the defilements and taints from their minds. Colophon: Folio 1 on the recto side: Chunlasangkat (CS) 1191, a kat pao year, the seventh day of the waning moon of the twelfth lunar month, a tao sanga day, the third day of the week (Tuesday), the writi. Phanya Luang Viengkae along with his wife and children jointly sponsored the making of this manuscript entitled Pannya parami luang, to support the Teachings of the Buddha. May this be a condition to reach Nibbāna.
