In the time of Kassapa Buddha, there was a hunter who usually went out for hunting. One day he saw a monk walking for his alms-round. The hunter invited the monk to his house and offered the monk with food of meat. After the meal, the monk delivered a sermon to the hunter and taught him about the bad results from killing animals.
