This volume contains letters from the Secretary of State for War and the Colonies to the Governor Sierra Leone between 30 January and 30 December 1832. The correspondence concerns a range of administrative issues, including colonial revenues and taxes. The volume is tightly bound in blue cloth boards. There is some water damage on the first two pages. Some pages are torn and have been mended with tape. There is damage from iron gall at intervals in the volume, and the corners of some pages are folded over.
