The document is a police investigation opened by the Pará State Police on 27 May 1912 and sent to the 4th Criminal Court. The victim and the accused were neighbours. The accused began to drink every day, and while drunk would speak offensive words to the victim. On one occasion, however, the accused went further and took a shotgun to threaten her. The lawsuit was dismissed.
O documento é um inquérito policial aberto pela Chefatura de Policia do Estado do Pará em 27 de Maio de 1912 e destinado ao Juízo de Direito da 4ª Vara Penal. A vítima e o acusado eram vizinhos. O acusado começou a beber todo dia, e bêbado falava palavras ofensivas para a vítima. Em uma das ocasiões porém o acusado foi além a pegou uma espingarda para ameaçá-la. A ação foi prescrita.
