The document is a police investigation opened by the Pará State Police on 9 September 1911 and sent to the 4th Criminal Court. On 25 September of the same year, the accused allegedly fired pistol shots in the direction of where the victim was, together with some friends. He went to them to apologise but then threatened the victim with a razor. The defendant was convicted.
O documento é um inquérito policial aberto pela Chefatura de Policia do Estado do Pará em 9 de Setembro de 1911 e destinado ao Juízo de Direito da 4ª Vara Penal. No dia 25 de Setembro do mesmo ano o acusado teria efetuado tiros de pistola na direção de onde estava a vítima, junto de alguns amigos. Ele teria ido até eles pedir desculpas mas logo depois ameaçado a vítima com uma navalha. O réu foi condenado.
