The file contains the protocols of the meeting of the cooperative section (fol. 1-2), which discussed the issues of merchants, Ukrainian production (embroidery), development of county cooperation, etc. Fol. 3-4: minutes of the General Meeting of the Women's Publishing Cooperative Union of Ukrainian Women on January 4, 1936, reports on the business year, report of the control commission, audits, approval of the budget for 1936; fol. 5-6: copy, typewritten; fol. 7-10: copy, manuscript. Fol. 11-12: minutes of the Emergency General Meeting of the women's publishing cooperative Union of Ukrainian Women on February 12, 1936. Fol. 13-13: lists of delegates to the Emergency General Meeting of the Women's Publishing Cooperative. Fol. 14-15: protocols of the meeting of the Main Department of the society. Fol.10a: oval seal of the meeting of the women's publishing cooperative Union of Ukrainian Women.

Condition of original material: The file contains an incorrect title and date on the title page. The sheets are not arranged chronologically. Manuscript, text written in grey and purple pencil; black ink. Typewritten. The sheets are glued with transparent paper on the left side. Pages covered with yellow stains, pale text.
