Кокорудз, радник Ревакович, секретар Чернявський, Іл. Гательський, Гнатищак, д-р С. Дністрянський) (арк. 7, 8). Condition of original material: Manuscript. The text is written in pencil (gray) and black ink. There are many corrections and crossings out in pencil (gray) and black ink on the sheets. Some inscriptions are made in blue and red pencil. The sheets are covered with yellow spots. In places the text is pale. On sheet 6 there are drawings of circles and inscriptions, on sheets 5, 15, 16 – there are drawings in lines. All sheets are glued with white or transparent paper on the left side. Some sheets are glued with transparent paper on the right side (folios 4, 15, 16, 18, 20) on top (folios 5, 6, 8, 15-18, 20), on the bottom (folios 19, 20), the upper left corner (fol. 5), the lower right corner (fol. 6). Oval seal of the library of the Scientific Society named after Shevchenko (folios 1, 7, 9).
