Custodial history: The fund of the Ruska Besida Society, the Rus' (Ukrainian) Folk Theater was registered in the State Archives of Lviv Region (further - DALO) on August 15,1949 under No. 237 p /716. The fund was transferred to the Central State Historical Archive of Ukraine in Lviv as a result of separation from DALO in 1951 as part of 44 funds by act No. 2 of March 5, 1951 and received No. 514. In 1966, the fund underwent scientific and technical processing. During 1958-1979, the fund was replenished with profile documents. In 2010, the fund description was improved. As of January 1, 2025, the fund has 203 storage units.
