Condition of original material: Manuscript. The text is written in black ink. Markings, underlining, strikethroughs, and individual notes are made in blue, red pencil, and black ink. The text is pale in places. The sheets have turned yellow, covered with yellow and purple ink stains. The folios are glued with white paper on the left side. Some of the folios are glued with transparent paper at the top and the bottom of the folios. The right sides in some folios are torn off (fol. 19); the lower right corner (folios 3 rev., 15). Rectangular stamp of the lawyer Dr. Yevhen Petrushevich in the city of Sokali (fol. 24).
