Separate underlining, notes, and crossing out are made in black and red ink; pencil (gray), blue, and red. The documents are printed by polygraphic printing. Typescript. Printed forms are filled in by hand in black ink. The file contains envelopes, postcards, a brochure, and newspaper clippings. The sheets have turned yellow, contain yellow, black, and red stains. The sheets are pasted with white and transparent paper on the left side. Individual sheets are pasted with transparent paper on the top, the bottom of the sheet, the right side and in the center of the sheet. Small tears on the right side of the folios 3, 43, 45, the lower right corner is torn off (fol. 44).
