Condition of original material: The title page of the file contains an incorrect title and an incorrect date. Handwritten. The text is written in black ink and pencil (gray). Separate entries, underlining, words are made in black and purple ink and pencil (gray), blue and red. Typewritten. The case contains printed forms, envelopes and postcards. The printed forms are filled in with a black pen. The folios have turned yellow, covered with yellow, black and purple spots. They are glued with transparent and white paper on the left side. Separate sheets are glued with transparent paper on the top, bottom and right side of the sheet. Small tears of the sheet on the right side (foliots 39, 40, 95); top of the sheet (foliots 39, 40); bottom of the sheet (foliots 98, 107). In some sheets, the upper left corner (fol. 83), the upper right corner (fol. 97), the right part and the upper right corner (fol. 20) are torn off. Watermarks are on folios 67-68.
