Ᾱnisong būsa pha patchek means the rewards derived from worshiping the Private Buddhas. The story of Ms. Pañcapāpā who threw clay into a Pacceka Buddha’s alms-bowl. Once upon a time, there was a girl lived in Varanasi who was kneading clay for plastering the walls of her house. At the time, there was a Pacceka Buddha, whose abode had holes on the roof. So he went out for the clay to close the holes. When he passed by and saw the girl kneading clay, he walked over and asked for a piece of clay as a gift. But when the girl saw that, she was angry and said that, “this monk came in the morning asked for rice from the villagers to eat, but that was not enough, he also asked for a lump of clay. Thereafter, she threw a lump of clay into the Pacceka Buddha’s alms-bowl. When she died, she was born into a poor family with abnormal organs and five different shapes. So she was called Pañcapāpā means the five defects.
