Tika Dhammachak (Expansion scripture of the Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta). At the time, King Sihahanu Maharat gave his order to the eight Brahmins and all the officials prepared the presents and organised a procession of elephants and horses to go to Devdaha in order to ask for the Princess Sirimahamaya. When they arrived in Devdaha, King Sihahanu Maharat offered the presents to King Anlanadipa, father of Princess Sirimahamaya. The king was pleased to let his daughter marry King Suddhodana. Colophon: Folio 26 on the recto side: Sangkatrasa (CS) 1236, a kap set year, on the fifth day of the waxing moon of th eighth lunar month, the sixth day of the week (Friday), a moeng hao day, the writing of this manuscript was accomplished at the time of thiang van (between 10.30–12.00 o’clock). Hua Chao Sa Titsapannya had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Tikathammachak (Tika Dhammacakka), to support the Teachings of the Buddha. May my wishes be fulfilled. Nibbāna paccayo hontu no dhuvaṃ paramaṃ sukhaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvanaa, certainly, the greatest bliss).
