The overall content is an overview of the teachings of the Buddha about not being in the heedlessness in the Dhamma, to give alms, to maintain the virtues, to listen to the Dhamma, to be kind, to pray and to practice meditation regularly by considering the 32 parts of the body, considering the death of consciousness which is the remembrance of death as an emotion. This is the highest level of kammatthana. Because when remembering death is an emotion, the mind will become sense of urgency and withdraw from other emotions. This will lead to upekkha (equanimity) and, letting go, which causes the mind to be neutral and understand in the cycle of birth and death. When the mind is neutral, it will lead to magga, phala and nirvana.
