Colophon: Folio 32 on the recto side: Chunlasangkatrasa (BE) 2491, a ka sai year, on the ninth day of the waxing moon of the second lunar month, the fourth day of the week (Wednesday), a huang day. Chao (Prince) Khamtan and Chao (Princess) Khamfong together with all their children had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Pathamabanyat (Primal description), Phothipannya, abbot of Vat Xiang Thong is the scribe, to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May our wishes come true. Anāgate kāle nibbānaṃ paramaṃ sukhaṃ (Nirvanaa is the greatest bliss in the future).
