ໃນສະໄໝໜຶ່ງ ພະຜູ້ມີພະພາກເຈົ້າປະທັບຢູ່ເຂົາຄິດຊະກູດ ເມືອງຣາຊະຄຶ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍພິກຂຸອໍຣະຫັນຕາທັງຫຼາຍ ໕໐໐ ອົງ ເມື່ອນັ້ນຍັງມີເທວະບຸດ ເທວະດາ ພະຍາອິນແລະທ້າວຈະຕຸໂລກກະບານທັງ ໔ ອັນຢູ່ໃນຊັ້ນຈະຕຸມມະຫາຣາຊິກາໄດ້ ໒ ໝື່ນຕົນ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍພົມທັງຫລາຍໄດ້ໝື່ນຕົນ ແລະມີມະຫາພົມເປັນປະທານເປັນຕົ້ນ ໄດ້ພ້ອມພຽງກັນມາປະຊຸມນຸມກັນທີ່ນັ້ນ ເພື່ອຂໍຟັງພະທໍາມະເທດສະໜາ ເມື່ອນັ້ນພະພຸດທະອົງໄດ້ຊົງອະນຸຍາດໃຫ້ພະສາລິບຸດແລະພະມະຫາໂມກຄັນລານະ ສໍາແດງວິສັດສະນາຍັງປາລະມີອັນພະໂພທິສັດເຈົ້າທັງຫລາຍໄດ້ບໍາເພັນມາຊູ່ຕົນນັ້ນໃຫ້ສະດັບຮັບຟັງ. ປັນຍາປາລະມີແຫ່ງພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າທັງຫລາຍທີ່ເປັນແກ່ນສານແລະເປັນທີ່ເພີ່ງແກ່ສັດໂລກວ່າ ອັນວ່າບຸກຄະລະຍິງຊາຍທັງຫລາຍຝູງໃດໄດ້ສ້າງໄດ້ຂຽນແລະໄດ້ຮຽນທ່ອງຂຶ້ນໃຈສັງວາດສາທິຍາຍປັນຍາປາລະມີທໍາ ທຸກເຊົ້າ-ຄໍາ ບຸກຄະລະຍິງຊາຍທັງຫລາຍຝູງນັ້ນກໍຈະໄດ້ພົ້ນຈາກທຸກແລະໄດ້ເຖິງສຸກ ໓ ປະການຄື ສຸກໃນເມືອງຄົນ, ສຸກໃນເມືອງຟ້າແລະສຸກໃນນີລະພານ.
On one occasion, the Buddha was residing at the mount of Gijjhaguta in Rajagaha along with 500 arahants except Ananda Thera. At the night, Indra, the four heaven kings along with twenty thousand devas from Catummaharajika and Brahma Sahapati along five thousand brahmas from Sutthavasa Brahma came to pay homage to the Buddha in order to listen to the Dhamma from the Buddha. The Buddha allowed Sariputta Thera and Maha Moggallana Thera preached the perfections that the Bodhisattas had performed to the dieties. The Buddhas’ perfections are the quintessence and refuge for all world beings. Anyone who wrote the text by oneself, asked other to write for, paid attention to listen to the preaching, learnt the text by heart, recited the text, worshipped the scripture of Panyaparami, the one would get benefits to be free from suffering and reach the three states of happiness including world happiness, heavenly happiness and bliss in nibbana.
