In the Buddha’s time, there was a couple named Ms. Phammani and Brahman Suvanna living in Aranyakham village not far from the Veluvanna monastery. One day, Brahmani saw a Bhikkhu who was with an ugly face. She was laughing at him. After her death, she became an ugly ghost and watched her husband at his house.
