The practice of mindfulness is necessary to take the undertaking of khanika-samadhi: momentary concentration, upacara-samadhi: access concentration, appana-samadhi: attainment concentration, and vipassananana: insight. The undertaking of these words helps the pratistioner to have consciousness and mentally dependence. While practicing, the practistioner has to be conscious every step of the present movments.
