The content tells the story of a royal man named Vessama who learnt a mantra (spell) from Taxila. The spell is able to take a heart out. When put the heart in something, the thing can speak and blow the dead to revive. One day, Vessama the royal man helped the daughter of a king, who was caught by a Hatsadiling bird. Later, the king was informed he gave his daughter to the royal man as his wife and also established him as the new king named King Vessama.
