The volume contains an index that lists despatches sent in the colony of Sierra Leone between 13 May 1891 and 3 April 1901. The document provides the number of the despatch, the date on which it was written, the subject and the number of enclosures. Despatches concern issues relating to the state of the affairs and further reports. The despatches are not included in the document. The volume is bound in red cloth boards. There are some traces of mould, and the paper is brittle.
