Contiene testamento cerrado en el que la difunta declaró como parte de su dote 5 personas esclavizadas, 3 de los cuales fallecieron en poder de su esposo y su cuñado, Nicolás y José Ignacio Guzmán y Céspedes. La difunta ordenó la libertad de varios esclavizados: José, de 4 años, hijo de Gertrudis; Francisco, 5 años, a quien, además, reconoció como su nieto. Según el testamento, este era hijo de Francisco Solano. Además dispuso la libertad de Francisca por el buen servicio que le brindó y por haberle ayudado a criar a sus hijos. Al parecer el folio 427 no corresponde a este expediente.
