Contiene inventario, avalúo y partición de bienes en los que figuran 3 personas esclavizadas llamadas Lucía ('bozal'), 35 años, junto con sus 2 hijos, Gregorio y Juan, de 5 y 6 años, respectivamente. El difunto también poseía una casa cubierta de hoja de iraca con su cocina, un almud de cañaduzal y medio de platanar, un trapiche de caballo, 2 caballos molineros, 12 reses de ganado vacuno y ropa. Incluye relación de costas del funeral y recibos de pago.

Condition of original material: Regular. The document is generally in good condition, although some pages are stained. Folios 405 and 414 are very badly damaged, with stains and tears, and there are restoration interventions.
