Se hace la salvedad que María murió antes que Hipólita, por eso no aparece en el inventario de bienes. Rodríguez declaró que Crisanta y Juan se encontraban en la provincia del Chocó al cuidado de su sobrino, el sargento mayor Gregorio de Borja y Espeleta. También aseguró haberle donado un niño de 2 años de edad, hijo de la esclavizada Crisanta.
