Contiene testamento en el que declaró poseer una casa de tapia cubierta de hoja de iraca, la tercera parte de una casa que heredó de sus padres, un pedazo de tierra de pan y caballería en el sitio de Guintar, ojos de sal, un pedazo de tierra de pan el sitio de Noguerol, varios esclavizados llamados Manuel, Felipe, Juana María (20 años) y Nicolás (30 años). Al parecer el folio 177 no corresponde a este expediente.

Condition of original material: Regular. It has stains and tears in the lower margin. The ink on folio 176v is blurred which may make it difficult to read.
