La difunta declaró poseer 2 esclavizados: Gabriela, mujer embarazada de 23 años, junto con su hijo de 2 años llamado Pedro Juan. Dentro de los bienes también figuran una casa, un solar, pedazos de tierras que heredó de sus padres ubicados en los sitios de La Guaza y El Caimán, 27 reses vacunas, ropa y joyas. Ordenó que sus bienes fueran entregados a su hermano Francisco Ventura de Zabala para que se estableciera un censo a favor de sus hijos menores.

Extent: 35 paper folios.

Condition of original material: Deteriorated. The first few folios have stains and signs of oxidation of the paper. Most of the folio is stained at the top, folios 168 and 169 have tears at the top margin. Folios 144, 146, 150, 153, 159, 161, 164, 166 are affected by iron gall ink. The ink on folio 155r is blurred, which may make it difficult to read.
