On a sluice found in the tank of the village Pichchampaṭṭi. This inscription is written in Vaṭṭeḻuttu characters. Record the set up of a platform around the sluice like a well by Kalaiyalai-piṅkaṉ of Dēvandai Kūṭṭam. Based on palaeography it is dated to the 8th century CE.
