This inscription is found on the western pillar of the sluice called Periyakuḷam located on the northern part of the Visalūr village tank near Kuḍimiyāṉmalai Damaged. It records that the irrigation sluice was repaired by Kiḻavaṉ Kumaraṉ alias Urimaiyaḻakiya Gaṅgadēvaṉ.
