The document is a police investigation opened by the Pará State Police on 29 September 1911 and sent to the 4th Criminal Court. The victim went to the police to report the behaviour of the accused's mother, her neighbour, who was insulting her with gestures and words. When he came home and learnt that his mother was at the police station because of the victim, he went to her and threatened to stab her. The victim took refuge at a friend's house. The accused also tried to break down the door of the victim's house and only stopped because he was caught by the patrol. The lawsuit was dismissed.
O documento é um inquérito policial aberto pela Chefatura de Policia do Estado do Pará em 29 de Setembro de 1911 e destinado ao Juízo de Direito da 4ª Vara Penal. A vítima foi até a polícia denunciar o comportamento da mãe do denunciado, sua vizinha, que a ofendia com gestos e palavras. Quando este chegou em casa e soube que sua mãe estava na delegacia por conta da vítima, foi até ela e ameaçou esfaquea-la. A vítima foi se refugiar na casa de um amigo. O acusado também tentou arrombar a porta da casa da vítima e só parou pois foi pego pela patrulha. A ação foi prescrita.
