A querelante vinha trabalhando como balconista, quando precisou se retirar para fazer sua higiene íntima, foi neste momento que a proprietária do estabelecimento a conduziu para outro local, e realizou uma revista humilhante para conferir se a querelante havia roubado um colar. Se sentindo ofendida, a vítima se retirou do salão de vendas e realizou a denuncia. Após a réu se retratar verbalmente, a vítima retirou a queixa.
