O documento é um processo aberto pelo Juízo de Direito da 4ª Vara Penal em 28 de maio de 1969 referente ao crime de Facilitação do uso de Entorpecentes cometido por Elzamo de Souza Soares.O investigador Walter Cecim e outros policiais encontravam-se em serviço de ronda no bairro da Matinha.Os policiais se dirigiram até a residência a fim de constatar o destino de varios objetos furtados que possivelmente estariam ali. Depois de revistarem a casa, encontraram no interior da residencia um pacote contendo um quilo de maconha e seis cigarros da erva maconha. As autoridades deram voz de prisão ao denunciado. O processo foi julgado procedente e o réu foi condenado.
