O documento é um processo aberto pelo Juízo de Direito da 4ª Vara Penal em 31 de maio de 1968 referente ao crime de facilitação de uso de entorpecentes por Manoel Pereira da Silva. O denunciado foi até o presídio de S.José visitar um interno e confeccionou cigarros de maconha para levar. Na função preventiva, a Policia interna do Presidio quis examinar o embrulho que o denunciado trazia consigo. Após revista foi constatato a presença de cigarros de maconha. Segundo as declrações dos acusados eles adquiriram o entorpecentes na cidade de Manaus. O nome do réu foi lançado no rol dos culpados e cobrado uma taxa judiciaria.
