After 15 days the delivery wasn't made, causing the complaint. The accused sent telegram and letters pledging the delivery but never did it. The court of law ordered the case to be dismissed .

Após 15 dias a entrega não foi feita, gerando a denúncia. O acusado prometia via telegramas e cartas que a mercadoria seria enviada, o que não ocorreu. O tribunal de justiça pediu o arquivamento do caso.
