The document is a case opened by the Law Court of the 2nd Prefecture on 19 March 1966 regarding the crime of firing a firearm committed by Arlindo Lima, Ubiratan da Silva Lima and Joab Pessoa de Farias. The defendant Ubiratan allegedly started an argument with two military police officers when Arlindo, Ubiratan's brother, arrived and fired shots into the air. In the confusion, Joab, one of the policemen, hit Arlindo with a knife. At the end of the trial, the three defendants were acquitted and the case was dropped.
O documento é um processo aberto pelo Juízo de Direito da 2ª Pretoria em 19 de março de 1966 referente ao crime de Disparo de Arma de Fogo cometido por Arlindo Lima, Ubiratan da Silva Lima e Joab Pessoa de Farias. O réu Ubiratan teria iniciado uma discussão com dois policiais militares quando Arlindo, irmão de Ubiratan chegou e efetuou disparos para o alto. Na confusão, Joab, um dos policiais, teria atingido Arlindo com uma faca. Ao fim do processo, os três réus foram absolvidos e o procesos foi arquivado.
