O documento é um processo de defloramento aberto pela 4ª Vara Penal em 7 de abril de 1924 referente ao crime cometido contra a vítima Carmina de Jesus. Réu e vitima eram namorados, tendo ele se aproveitado da ocasião em que a menor estava sozinha em casa para praticar o crime,sob promessas de casamento. A princípio, a denúncia foi julgada procedente e o réu, condenado. No entanto, o acusado, que antes era identificado no processo como Antônio da Costa e Silva e passou a ser identificado como Antônio Tavares Ribeiro, recorreu da decisão, sendo então absolvido.
