The document is a defloration case opened by the 4th Criminal Court on 21 September 1911 in relation to the crime committed against the victim Raymunda Nonnata de Lima. The defendant and the victim had been dating, and the accused had made promises of marriage,in the June festivities, in order to commit the crime. The case was eventually dropped because the accused had married the victim.
O documento é um processo de Defloramento aberto pelo Juízo da 4ª Vara Penal no dia 21 de setembro de 1911 referente ao crime cometido contra a vítima Raymunda Nonnata de Lima. O réu e a vítima tinham relações de namoro, tendo o acusado feito promessas de casamento, nas festividades de junho, para praticar o crime. O processo, por fim, foi arquivado, pois o acusado tomou a vítima em casamento.
