Police investigation opened by the Court of Law of the 2nd Prefecture on 23 June 1969 into the crime of slander committed by Maria de Nazaré Garcia Beltrão against the victims José Menezes de Oliveira Mesquita and Rosilda Freitas Mesquita. The defendant, believing that the victims' son had stolen her daughter's underwear, filed a complaint at the police station and afterwards went to the victims' house to make amends, hurling accusations and insults at them. At the end of the process, the criminal complaint was cancelled.
Autos de inquérito policial aberto pelo Juízo de Direito da 2ª Pretoria no dia 23 de junho de 1969 referente ao crime de calúnia cometido por Maria de Nazaré Garcia Beltrão contra a vítima José Menezes de Oliveira Mesquita e Rosilda Freitas Mesquita. A ré, acreditando que o filho das vítimas teria roubado uma roupa íntima de sua filha, prestou uma queixa na delegacia e após esse fato, foi até a casa das vítimas para tirar satisfações, proferindo acusações e injúrias contra eles. Ao fim do processo, a queixa-crime foi anulada.
