The file contains the program of activities of the political society "People's Council" in Lviv. It is noted that the goal is the comprehensive and free development of the Rus' people (Ukrainian) and nationality and culture in the educational, economic, cultural and political directions (fol. 1-8 of the volume) (printed in the printing house of the Shevchenko Scientific Society). The charter of the society Ruska Besida in Lviv - the goal was to awaken a comradely life between educated Rus' (Ukrainians) and through them to raise the national spirit (fol. 10-16 of the volume). For this purpose, they plan to publish periodicals, hold musical, literary and dance evenings, scientific lectures, manage a folk Rus' theater, maintain a library, etc. The charter of the Ukrainian-Rus' dramatic society named after I. Kotlyarevsky in Lviv. The purpose of which was to foster and develop dramatic art in the Ukrainian-Rus' language (January 22, 1898) (fol. 17-20).

Статут товариства «Руська бесіда» у Львові – метою було пробудження товариського життя між освіченими русами (українцями) та через них піднесення національного духу (арк. 10-16 тому). Для цього планується видання періодичних видань, проведення музичних, літературних та танцювальних вечорів, наукових лекцій, управління народним руським театром, утримання бібліотеки тощо. Статут Українсько-Руського драматичного товариства імені І. Котляревського у Львові. Метою якого було сприяння та розвиток драматичного мистецтва українсько-руською мовою (22 січня 1898 р.) Condition of original material: The title page of the file contains an incorrect title, date and numbering (sheet 9 is omitted). The folios are printed using a polygraphic method. Manuscript. The text is written in black ink and pencil (gray). Some numbers are written in red pencil. Some of the folios are pasted on the left side with white paper, and the top of the sheet. The folios are covered with single yellow spots and an ink stain (fol. 16 of the volume). Oval seal of the library of the Shevchenko Scientific Society (fol. 1, 17).
